5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Divelpar may retain reusable code libraries and may showcase the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
6. Limitation of liability
Divelpar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
